In Front of the House is the story of a stalking that leads the spectator from wealthy centre of Seoul to inner-city slums. Lee Tae-Ho (aged 26) accidentally came across those houses falling appart and wanted to capture them for his school graduation project. In addition to this naturalistic approach he was very well inspired by more classic fictional elements (a romance between a boy and a pretty girl...), making this first directorial work a unique and under-control film.
